Investment of an existing six-storey tower with net commercial lettable area of 9,782 sqm converted to Raffles College Asia Pacific Headquarter. 

 

 

The building present several engineering challenges including feasibility of reusing existing cooling towers and fitout of multi level educational spaces including lecture theatre, photographic, Audio Visual, fashion, commerce and industrial design.

 

LAM Consulting Engineers have been commissioned from design phase to construction supervision including multidiscpline services (Electrical, Mechanical, Laboratories, Hydraulics and Fire)
